Color Fusers Blog Hop | August 2021

Hello and welcome back to another Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop, and this month's colours are:

 

For this challenge, I chose one of the *FREE* items in the Sale-a-Bration holiday catalogue.

 

I just love this big gorgeous flower and instantly thought it would look wonderful watercoloured.

I white heat embossed the flowers and leaves on watercolour paper, coloured using reinkers and a fine paintbrush, then fussy cut all the elements.

I added the fern leaves and flowers from the Iconic Dies as part of my layering, attached to Basic White embossed with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder (a new item in the July-December 2021 Holiday Catalogue) and distressed the edges. Finished off the panel with Silver Elegant Trim and mounted on a 5 1/4" x 4" panel of Basic Gray cardstock.
